Vienna is a city of historical monuments, so the apartments "Benina", too, are located in a traditional Viennese house, in the 12th Vienna district. Our individually designed, separate apartments for 1 to 4 persons provide our guests with absolute privacy and all comforts (private showers and WC, central heating etc). For all those who dislike the impersonal atmosphere that features every big hotel or the embarrassment of guest rooms by a foreign family "Benina" is the right choice to feel good.

Apartment "Gaby" can sleep up to two persons: it has two separate, broad (90 cm) and comfortable sofas. If necessary, it is possible to shift both sofas together to form a double bed.

Apartment "Dora" can basically sleep up to three persons: it has a  double bed and a broad sofa-bed. If necessary, that sofa-bed can - at a little surcharge - sleep also a fourth person (it is broad enough to sleep for example two youngsters or two school-age children).

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen corner, which makes it possible to cook your own food, anytime you wish. There is satellite TV in each apartment with a wide cross-section of programs in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Czech and Arab, a radio-CD player and a DVD player upon request.

It is cosy at "Benina" and for those travelling on budget it is a bargain to stay there: our off-season prices start at 16.00 EUR per night per person. For each seventh night we charge nothing, which makes our cheap accommodation yet more affordable. On top of that we negotiate individual rates with guests staying longer. Naturally, bed linen and towels are included in the price. For night arrivals or night check-outs (between 24:00 and 6:00) 15,00 EUR will be collected. Children will be accepted only starting from school age - for smaller kids we are not the right place.

Our convenient location makes "Benina" especially attractive - a few hundred meters away from the major tourist atraction of Vienna, the famous historical park and palace Schönbrunn (2.5 million visitors each year) and its famous museums, palm house and zoo, from two underground stations (it will take you only some 10 minutes to reach the heart of the city, e.g. to the Viennese Opera), from a shopping street with banks, fitness center, swimming pool and post office. A number of good and at the same time affordable restaurants, both Austrian and foreign, a petrol station and a supermarket are just around the corner.

Upon request we offer a doo-to-door transfer from and/or to the airport at a competitive price.

Last but not least, Vienna is an ideal starting point for tours to Bratislava or to Budapest, also by cruisers on the Danube.

Upon request we arrange for individual guided tours.

Please note that apart from English and German we also speak Russian, Slovak and un po l'italiano.

Welcome!!
